Humphreys SoCal Dining & Music is delighted to announce an extraordinary fresh talent to Captain our culinary team. 

Chef Reden Ramos has enchanted guests with his artistic style at the Hotel Del Coronado, Bertrand at Mr. A’s, and the Manchester Grand Hyatt among others. Born in the Philippines,  Reden was influenced by his mother and their family owned restaurant. He inherited their unwavering dedication to guest satisfaction combined with the joys of providing people savory and heartwarming cuisine.

Chef Ramos’ innovative fare cannot be categorized.   Combining age old traditions with creativity and flair, he skillfully  transforms fresh local bounty into imaginative and unique dishes.  To the delight of our guests, he shares his inspired craft with locals, travelers, and groups plus iconic musicians and comedians at Humphreys SoCal Dining & Music, Humphreys Concerts by the Bay and Humphreys Half Moon Inn.
