A 2000 graduate of Johnson & Wales University in Charleston, South Carolina, Chef Jason Gethin has most recently enchanted guests with his artistic style at Banker’s Hill. He is best known for his East Village restaurant, Table No 10, which was named “Best New Restaurant” by ZAGAT in 2014, and consistently made the Eater 38 places to eat list.
Chef Gethin’s innovative fare cannot be categorized. Combining age old traditions with creativity and flair, he skillfully transforms fresh local bounty into imaginative and unique dishes. To the delight of our guests, he shares his inspired craft with locals, travelers, and groups plus iconic musicians and comedians at Humphreys SoCal Dining & Music, Humphreys Concerts by the Bay and Humphreys Half Moon Inn.
